Abstract: | This statistical analysis plan prospectively specifies the analysis principles and methods for the CALIPSO trial, including its adaptive monitoring, estimand framework, primary and secondary analyses, missing-data procedures and sensitivity analyses. Pre-specification is intended to support transparent, reproducible and unbiased trial analyses.
